Argentina 3/31/16

Well im still in my area but they split the area in half all of our solids were on the other side we had one lady ready for baptism but the hermanas have her now it will be good for the hermanas to get a baptism and more people in the ward but yah i love it here but our new side of the area is really cheto (classy) and rich rich people so they are happy with money and thats it, we contacted pretty much all day and not a soul listened to us, but good news for mom im in the one of the safest areas in the mission so need not worry mother im safe and well, anyways my new comp is from missiones argentina and he is pretty sweet we get along and talk alot and i can understand him really well and im excited that i can communicate with people now it makes me really happy that everything is working out but the 2 people we baptized are chosen they are AMAZING they always ask us when we are coming back and now they just say see you tomorrow and we teach them but they understand things now, also last week i said goodbye to my trainer he died in the mission (that means he finished the mission) dont worry he is alive and well but yah it was a tough goodbye but he taught me alot and im thankful for it but yah im not sure what to say this week i always forget what to say haha but love you all the book of Mormon is true and if you dont believe me then ask god and if you believe me still ask god so you can know for yourself:)

Semana Santa (Easter) 3-24-16

Well folks how is everyone, things are going great down here in Argentina, Obama is here right now not sure what he is doin all i know is that he is here, anyways not a whole lot this week, Lucia made the comment about serving a mission so im way excited for that and hopefully she has that goal set in her head haha, also we met this guy this week he doesn't want anything but he lived in California for 20 years so he speaks good English haha anyways we talked to him and he asked me if i liked it here and i said yah and then he said cut the bull $*** haha this place freaking sucks there is dogs everywhere and dog $*** i mean the at the sidewalks its a freaking carnival haha he just kept swearing haha its been so long since ive heard a swearword in English that i was like what are these words you speak of haha but all in all he told us he loved America and its the greatest country ever  haha but yah it was a good week and i would like to thank my mom for always having food in the pantry because now i know the meaning of there is nothing to eat, it has come down to some nights we have nothing so i ate some stale bread with BBQ sauce on it haha, im also thankful that they have BBQ sauce here haha but i don't  really know what else to say right now but the church is true and the book of Mormon is true and if you don't know it then ask God and you will receive and answer but yah love you all

¡¡¡¡¡¡Bautizar!!!!!!! 3/17/16

Anyways this was a good week, we baptized Lucia and her mom and they were so happy and excited haha but aww the gospel is amazing and I am  super happy for them haha we have been teaching them for 11 weeks and we never forced baptism on them we let them bring it out because they had a bad experience with baptism a while back so we went slow while teaching it, anyways the baptism was great and i forgot to say amen so i had to baptize her again haha everyone gave me a hard time after  because i remembered all the hard parts and forgot amen haha but im super excited to have been apart of that and i want to continue to find people to teach, but yah im just happy right now and thats all i have to say, ph and also the jumper lucia wore for the baptism was to small she hid behind people and then they pushed her into the open and took pictures and she was just laughing haha and people took pictures all in joking and then she was fine with how it fit it was pretty much just floods on her but it was a good day and they are happy so im happy anyways love you all!

My Week March 10, 2016

Well my friends had a good week and we finally got some investigators on date for baptism we have been teaching them for the whole time we have been here and everyone tells us they would of dropped them a long time ago but they were progressing slowly any ways long story short the daughter was baptized a year ago but wasn't confirmed because she didn't want to but now she is so prepared for baptism she read 52 chapters in a week all of 1 and 2 nephi in ONE week haha and she goes to seminary now and she want to go to the temple and im so excited for them they have gone to church 7 weeks in a row well the mom has and the daughter 5 weeks in a row and all 3 hours so they are excited and the daughter asked if she could be baptized twice we said yes for sure you can haha but im really excited for them because they know the ward really well they were just slow at this whole thing because we think she didnt get confirmed because she was overwelmed so we went slow and waited to invite her to be baptized and she said no the first 2 times we invited her haha but the last time we pretty much brought up baptism and she went for it haha,

Also we did divisions this week i was with elder condori he is from peru and it was fun i could understand everything he was saying so that made me happy we also met an anti Christ haha he just opens the door when we knock and he was eating cereal and just looks at us and says im an anti Christ and then keeps looking at us then says have a nice day haha it was funny because most of the time they are mean haha 

Also this week we did service for a recent convert and we did her lawn and pulled weeds then she gave us $100 pesos each and said its for god and we were like we aren't gods and tried to give it back then she started crying like sobbing like she just lost a family member and she gets loud and high pitched so we cant understand here and then she was talking about her injury in 2003 and how she cant touch the middle of her back with her one arm anymore or something like that but yah she told not to give the money to anyone else so we were like we cant take this and she just would cry then she settled down and we told her we were giving it to the bishop for fast offering and she was ok after that but yah weird week but its a good week anyways love you all

My Week March 4, 2016

well this week was a crazy week me and my comp were at our house and it was like 10 at night then a man popped his head into the bars on are windows and was screaming at us to give him a spoon haha he was like i got robbed give me a spoon to stir my dads soup and every time we tried to talk he he was just yell more then we said we cant give it to you, its not ours haha then he took off haha it was so funny we were like we will give you some food but he wanted a spoon haha, but yah that was it for that night, i went to bahia blanca mondaay night and tuesday all by myself for visa stuff and its like 8 hours away but yah im a bus all by myself (not with other missionaries) and the kid next to me turns to me opens a bag of cheetos and gives me some and then we talked for a while he does gymnastics and likes justin beiber haha he was a pretty cool kid he asked me if i liked mar del plata i said yah he was like lots of pretty girls huh hahha i didnt know how to answer it so i just said yah they are pretty haha but that was about it that night on the bus i only slept for 3 hours or so and we left at 1030 at night and i got there at 6 in the morning got in a taxi went to the missionaries house in bahia blanca waited for 20 minutes for them to get up then they put me in another taxi and told me the missionaries will be there when you get there but they sent me to the wrong address haha so i got out and waited for 20 minutes but they sent me to presidents house and the house number was the same as the building number as the place i needed to go but different streets across town haha so the missionaries called me and asked me where i was and i said presidents and they asked me why i was there i said thats where they sent me haha and then i called a taxi and finally made it to the place and remember im by myself the whole time so i have no idea what im doing haha. anyways yah got the visa stuff takin care of then we all met and ate at mcdonalds haha that place sucks they dont have the dollar menu items pretty much just the big mac and its alright but tiny and expensive haha i was so tired as well, anyway thats about it i got to the bus station and bought a bag of cookies for the road got on a double decker bus and headed back to mar del plata at 5 and there was nobody on the bus so i went up top and sat in the front seats because they have huge windows and saw the open road it was so good to see other places we stopped in a town called dorrego and its a farming small town i want to go there so bad it was clean and no graffiti everywhere. haha yah i hope i go there sometime. also i got back to mar del plata at 12 and went down a street the missionaries call babilon and it is trashy and  i saw so many hookers haha one of them was naked but facing the other way everywhere i looked i saw one but yah it was weird and i hear most of them are men changed to women so thats grody, but yah thats mar del palta for you haha it was a good time in bahia though because its clean anyways thats it for this week

we just eat the milenasa alot its chicken with egg and bread crumbs and you just cook it in oil and we found bbq sauce so we just have thst alot because its cheap and easy and good and then we eat an argentine salad that is rice mayo and corn and salt and pepper its pretty good as well
